Underdog (1964)

Underdog, the heroic alter ego of the mild-mannered Shoeshine Boy, springs into action whenever danger threatens the innocent, especially his beloved Sweet Polly Purebred. Though he appears to be an ordinary and humble canine by day, Shoeshine Boy transforms into the super-powered Underdog whenever villains such as the diabolical scientist Simon Bar Sinister, the cunning gangster Riff Raff, or other eccentric criminals launch their latest schemes.
