Fire Down Below (1997)
Plot:
An EPA agent goes undercover in rural town to discover who is behind the dumping of lethal chemicals in an abandoned mine shaft. In the process, he becomes emotionally involved with the townspeople whose way of life is endangered by the toxic waste.
