Plot:
Cher is a matchmaking 15-year-old Beverly Hills high-schooler who has shopping and boys on her mind, but mostly shopping. When Cher decides to give herself a soul makeover, and adopt the dowdy new transfer student, she finds she has bitten off more than she can chew.
